That depends on how many tapes you have. Usually it takes 2–3 weeks. You’ll get a completion date within 48 hours of us receiving your tapes.

If any tapes can’t be converted, we’ll return them with the rest and won’t charge you for them.

We collect and return tapes across South Yorkshire, so you don’t need to risk posting your treasured videos.
